My Education

wheatonlogoIn 2008 I graduated from a small school called Wheaton College in Norton, MA.  There, I majored in Computer Science.  I took many different electives as well, including courses in Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, History, Italian, Physics, Economics, and English.  I decided to attend this school because I felt that having a well-rounded education (along with intense work inside of CS) was more important to me than a purely technical education.

While at Wheaton, I studied abroad in the UK for a semester.  I took all technical classes here: 5 in total.

In 2011 I graduated from Brandeis University with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering.

My Work

Two days after I graduated from Wheaton College in 2008, I started working for Raytheon in Tewksbury, MA as a Software Engineer.  Starting in May 2012, I moved to Connecticut and started work with Sila Solutions Group in Shelton.

My Interests

I love technology in general: cell phones, computers, TVs, stereos; the list goes on and on.  I enjoy snowboarding in my free time, as well as cars.  My current car is a 2010 Audi S4.  I enjoy spending time with my friends, and especially going out to eat in Boston.  There are so many great restaurants and I really love food.  I am also an avid fan of beer; the microbrewery, craft beers.  There are so many different flavors and types that it never gets old and it’s especially interesting to see the different breweries in person.
